I suppose those who write the online script, do just that and have possibly just slipped up with their adjectives......we who are in the know, in the thick of things can spot an error where a novice wouldn't. Now underwear tycoon Michelle Mone pops up to say she 'loves having OCD' because it makes her 'organised and tidy'. Obviously Michelle didn't read my column, so for her benefit, I'll say it again. Being tidy does not mean you have OCD. Having OCD is not a funny quirk. It's a crippling condition that ruins lives. Statements like this are grossly offensive and belittling to genuine sufferers. I propose we set up a charity catering for morons in the public eye who think that claiming to have a mental illness makes them more interesting. It's clearly desperately needed. Michelle, will you be patron? With all the administration it will involve, we'll need someone organised and tidy'. Link to comment
