Ashley Posted August 24, 2016 Share Posted August 24, 2016 Hi Zeradin, Legalseagull is right, give therapy a chance it can help. I won't kid you, it will be hard, but it can be helpful. Even if it only partially helps, that's got to be a good thing? IN terms of it coming at a bad time, that's something I hear a lot but the truth is if we wait for the perfect time to tackle OCD then there may never be the perfect time, because there will always be something in life impacting on our ability to tackle our OCD. Is it through your local IAPT service or through secondary level treatment with Nottinghamshire Healthcare? Ashley. Link to comment
