Guest tyga
Has anyone done the Mark Freeman 'Mental Fitness101' course? I'm thinking of signing up but it is a bit expensive and I could just be looking for my magic answer as usual. Link to comment
Ashley
Mark knows his stuff, and out of all the pop up self-help type courses that seem to be appearing online of late, I would be tempted to give Mark's a go. But it's important to understand this is not the same as one-to-one, face-to-face CBT therapy, but I think you sort of indicate that in your post. If it is too expensive for you, why don't you wait for his book to come out, buy that and if you like his book you can then look at this course later? Link to comment
jenkijunki
It looks good! I'm tempted to sign up as well while I wait for therapy. Link to comment
Ashley
I think that's perhaps a better way to view these types of courses (the good ones that is), use them as an additional resource whilst waiting for CBT, rather than programs to use 'instead' of therapy. I would also recommend reading Break free from OCD and Pulling the Trigger. Link to comment
