OCD stupidity !!!

Does anyone else shout out loud at their OCD thoughts ??? I find myself going round in the house verbally telling the thoughts to go away your not real, I don't want you in my head ,you've been here long enough etc etc Feel like I'm going nuts

Hi there, instead of telling the thoughts (I don't want you in my head, you've been here long enough) just accept the thoughts and something helpful someone mentioned on here was when an intrusive thought or image pops up, just tell yourself "okay" and go back to what you were doing or move your mind onto positive thoughts or images(think of all the things that makes you happy). It is definitely easier said than done but as time goes on, this will become easier for you. Hope this helps, take care!
