Back in a cycle of waking each morning feeling terrible - heart racing, feet restless etc.  Any suggestions - tried reading but can't concentrate.  Really want to get back to sleep!

Sometimes you just have to accept that you are awake. The more you stress over it the worse it gets. Try getting up and moving to a different room for 10mins or so. I often grab a drink or put tv on something boring. 

Alternatively try a relaxation app. It may just calm your thoughts a little. 

If all else fails get up and use the extra hours to do something relaxing for you. The main thing is to not get intro a cycle of worry and dont allow your thoughts to control you.
