Pure O Documentary.

Alex Morgan created this fantastic film about Pure O for Sky News a couple of years ago.  I had forgot about it until this evening.... now this is documentary making at its finest.

I always thought that "pure O" was when you had obsessions but no compulsions?

Very!   We reported on it in the magazine last year, in the end the health Ombudsman agreed with us and forced the NHS IAPT service to apologise to the patient.

That's where the term came from, to mean that. But that's why I challenge it because there are always compulsions, so it's not a very helpful term.

But what if your fear is that you acted,  or that you felt like you were close, or you imagined acting and then freaked out and ended up thinking you did?

So what? Dismiss it and get on with your day.

The alternative is you can you think about it every moment of every day for years and not get anywhere. How's that working for You?
