Feel so low today and havin multiple intrusive thoughts . Does anyone ever feel doomed and at there lowest and that they'll stay stuck there.? Link to comment

stopthinking Posted February 5, 2018 Author Share Posted February 5, 2018 Iv spent the day ruminating it' my own fault. I feel dreadfull and annoyed with myself. My anxiety is at its highest it's been in a long time. I wish I could nip this in the bud but feel it' too late. Link to comment

PolarBear Posted February 5, 2018 Share Posted February 5, 2018 Ah okay. Common for sufferers to go through bouts where they doubt what they are experiencing is OCD. My thoughts are too disgusting, too gruesome, too strange to be OCD. It feels too real. Etc. If you have intrusive thoughts that cause distress and lead to compulsions then you have OCD.
