Emsie
I caught about 15 minutes of it tonight, I haven't watched in years. They had a one off episode character (I think) with contamination OCD. He was a courier. He wouldn't touch money, etc. He became very ill and refused surgery. Someone medical (don't know the characters anymore) worked out from his medical records and him having CBT that he had OCD. There was a scene with him washing his hands, counting and needing to complete the ritual before he became too ill to do so. I didn't see the episode in full, so I can't really comment but it seemed like a compassionate portrayal and I emphasised so much with the character. It's not my theme, but it's all OCD. Just wondered if anyone else saw it and how they think the BBC did? Edited February 13, 2018 by Emsie Link to comment

Emsie
Thanks Ashley, that's good to hear that it was done pretty well. From what I saw (and unfortunately I couldn't watch it all), I agree. Link to comment
