Rox
So the big event is approaching, my husband goes back to work next week after needing to take months off with me due to combined depression and ocd. I’ve been managing better, even taking my son out on my own. But this next step is the last one and I’m terrified. Link to comment
ecomum
I feel like this about going back to work next week, as most of my triggers are linked to work. I do think though once we have done one day and faced it we will feel a lot better and like we have accomplished a big step. Things always feel scary while you wait but when they happen you are more in control. Link to comment
Rox
Thank you for your reply. Sometimes knowing you aren’t alone is enough to give you the courage to do what you feel is impossible x Link to comment
ecomum
I'm sure it will feel better when you are doing it. And by the end of the day you will have overcome a massive hurdle. Link to comment
