Anyway, I am a forest bathing practitioner and I do calisthenics and simple yoga with Buddhist prayers at the top of a mole hill where I do my forest bathing. Though, not a cure for OCD, forest bathing has gifted me, multiple benefits of stress, anxiety reduction, improvement in fitness, a fantastic opportunity to practise mindfulness and lose weight, all at the same time!
