Hi Battlethrough,

I'm not sure what it is that you feel the need to confess, but it appears to me that you know that you already know that this is a compulsion.

Have you tried exposure therapy? It sounds to me that you are close to breaking point, why not face the anxiety and give your OCD a kicking in the process?

I know this is tough and that life can be seem pretty empty when living with OCD, but you can overcome this and things can get better!

Sorry to hear this is creating such stress in your life at the moment. 

Have you had any CBT? Been to see GP?

There is so much help for you. The first step is the hardest. You need help. Change won’t happen unless you make it happen and getting help is the first step.
