I was on Internet forums when I came across something to do with sexual themes. I felt freaked out but felt something 'down there.' It's confused me because it felt weird and uncomfortable - how I usually feel when I have intrusive thoughts or come across a trigger. It doesn't feel pleasurable and it is unwanted. I'm doubting that now. My question is this how sexual arousal should feel? Am I just so fair in denial that this is how it should feel, even though I hate it and when I experienced it I felt repulsed by it? Please I don't know what to think

I give up. There's no point. I can never be sure. I constantly feel as though I'm using OCD as an excuse; I can't justify it when my body is literally reacting.

I'm sure you've read on this forum posts about groinal response. I'm sure there's thousands of them. They are very common with sexual themes of OCD.

But you just jump to conclusions that your problem can't be OCD. Shame. It's impossible to recover if you can't first understand what the problem is.
