Hiv from blood off a toilet seat

I was about to go to the toilet in a pub when I realised it had blood on it so like an idiot I grabbed some tissue and tried to wipe it off. Now I feel like hink I've caught hiv because I have a few cuts on my fingers. I'm freaking out. Please help.

Has it occurred to you that your 'non OCD self' decided to wipe off the blood, and your 'OCD self' then picked up on it. Funny how OCD works. Want to not freak out?  Let it go, and move on. And don't seek reassurance  ... I hope no one here offers it.
