don't know Posted April 2, 2019 Share Posted April 2, 2019 (edited) I took a couple of days out. It seems when I do that it all becomes clear. But at that same time I kick myself because I don't know how I'm feeling or if I read something I think do I actually feel this way or am I training myself to/or convincing myself that I am feeling this? It's not panic I just don't feel anything. I feel calm. I'm not sure. Not OCD related but I'm not sure. Edited April 2, 2019 by don't know Link to comment

You are intently focused on something. You get thoughts that you aren't feeling the way you should. You do compulsions. Link to comment
