Afraid of being hacked

Im afraid that my phone camera get hacked, i forgot to block my camera with tape while i'm taking a shower........ im afraid someone has been watching me through my phone camera

Im so stress right now help me please

The best thing you can do is let it go. Oh well. Maybe you were.

Don’t even think about searching for videos on the internet or Googling.

Agree with advice. Also why take your phone camera to the bathroom? Easy solution is not to do so.

There may be many valid reasons not to take the phone camera in to the bathroom, but not doing so to avoid the anxiety is also avoidance.  The better solution for overcoming OCD is to not only take the camera with you but to stop taping over it.
