Hi everyone,

Hope you are all in decent places :-) Just back hopefully for a short period as I just wanted to reach out to anyone as having a hard time of late. Lot of major life things bobbing about but that stuff doesn't bother us, it is the ocd which gets us. I am convinced I am my fears after a really bad patch of obsessing over underage girls and a seemingly willing involvement in an explicit dream last night. Left me in tears and shaking.  Just reaching out and saying hi and needing virtual hug.

I agree that OCD loves a chance to take hold - often when life stressors happen it see's its chance. your not alone these boards are always here and there some vary caring and compassionate people with great advice, most people on here are sufferers or ex sufferers can often relate to our anxieties.

Sorry your back hear mate, can't help much, just to say your not alone,it hits you when you least expect it,I thought I was over it then it will throw something from 10 years ago and off it starts again, just have to cherish the Not so bad days, keep strong mate
