I haven’t been on this forum in years, and I’m pleased to say my OCD has been under control for quite some time now. I have another disorder however that has triggered some ocd as of late. Trying not to let it get to me...oh, and I have a beautiful baby boy now!! He’s 14 months,  anyway, I remember a lot of you, and especially remember PolarBear helping me a lot in the past. Hope you’re all well!!

Sort of but at the same time I don’t know if it would do me any good because I would just be ruminating mainly and basically asking for reassurance which I know neither of those things will help. So yeah

Hi Lauren,

it was really great to read your post and hear about your success, it made me feel hopeful for my future! I think it's normal to be triggered every now and again so I wouldn't worry too much.

Yeah, just hope it goes away soon
