How do you shake off a bad day?

@Hopingtorecover - Sorry to hear you had a bad day, that's never fun.  Just to echo the advice from Angst, the best thing you can do is to try and look forward, not backward.  Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day for you.  Do your best and make sure to give yourself a break. None of us are perfect (far from it) and that includes in OCD recovery.
