I know i shouldnt be seeking reassurance on here,my anxiety and deppresion are killing me,i dont understand how that stufc was able to go on in my head,im scared,screwed up and am loseing hope

Same old, same old. 

This thread is a repeat of at least two dozen before it. You get an intrusive thought, you react badly, you feel like ****, etc, etc.

If you keep doing the same old thing, you'll keep getting the same old result.
