taurean
Remember that saying "they're playing our song". Well what IS your song, and why. For my wife and I, it's "Memory" from "Cats". We love musicals, and in particular Andrew Lliyd-Webber's, and we went to see "Cats" in a party from work (I was working in Kingston upon Thames at the time). We all travelled up together, and the theatre was, I think, in St Martin's Lane in the West End of London. The set was just a-maz-ing, the costumes, cast, and show superb. And Elaine Paige stepped up to the plate to sing the showstopper number, "Memory". We just love it, and I can sing it, accompanying myself on keyboards. felix4
High contrast - Kiss kiss bang bang (sample taken from Julie London, Cry me a river, from 1955 I think?) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RkENy3t_fgQ I am currently single, bored, reminiscing back to the mid noughties, & trying to get the older generation into drum & bass. You don't have to try with me - my favourite band is good old "Fleetwood Mac", their brilliant own compositions fantastically underpinned by the bass of John McVie and the rhythm on drums by Mick Fleetwood.
