Gemma7 Posted May 15, 2020 Share Posted May 15, 2020 The best thing to try is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, preferably with a therapist, although you can do it on your own. There's a great self-help book called Break free from OCD that I recommend too In general, the key to therapy is learning that the behaviours we do in response to the thoughts make our OCD worse.
