pinklemonade Posted May 23, 2020 Share Posted May 23, 2020 Has anyone experienced their intrusive thoughts telling them they have to say something out loud (that they wouldn't normally say), for example something rude, for their obsession to go away. I have had this when my ocd was telling me I had to say a rude thing about a loved one (which I have never thought before) for my obsession to go away. Please has anyone experienced anything remotely similar to this. Thankyou. Link to comment
