My form of confession OCD.

Personally, mine involves wanting to constantly talk about a certain long-term plan or else it wouldn't come true, as if not talking about it would make the person forget.

I think this is absolutely OCD....my family get annoyed with me sometimes because they say I keep repeating myself in conversations. It’s as if I need to speak it out loud in an attempt to expel it from head/thoughts otherwise whatever thoughts I have will keep going round and round driving me mad! Does that make sense?

I do this bimonthly, but I feel as if it's not enough. I worry that the way I do it is too dog whistle-like and not obvious enough.
