LoopyL Posted June 15, 2020 Share Posted June 15, 2020 I think this is absolutely OCD....my family get annoyed with me sometimes because they say I keep repeating myself in conversations. It’s as if I need to speak it out loud in an attempt to expel it from head/thoughts otherwise whatever thoughts I have will keep going round and round driving me mad! Does that make sense?
