dksea
Yup, second on Brain Lock, my favorite. Break Free from OCD is another popular recommendation on this forum. On the workbook style front I liked The OCD Workbook, it has some good sections on what your partners/families can do to support you that I haven't seen in other books I've read. Link to comment
Ashley
We for this year's annual conference online we are going to do a feature about things that can help, including SH books. If anybody would like to be part of our conference, you can be part of this segment by recording a short 2-3 minutes video with your book recommendation we will show during the feature so email them over to office@ocduk.org. (we may not be able to show them all). Link to comment
Cub
I'd like to recommend the OCD Work book's partner - Everyday Mindfulness for OCD. It's a wonderful book that's really helped me and taken the edge off some of my compulsions. Link to comment
