Genuinely just feel like im going insane.

So tired of this disorder, gaps in my memory, and worrying ive somehow done horrible things, im so tired and drained, I feel like im going insane, struggling with whats real, tired of compulsions, getting very little support and emotionally stressed everyday, even though ive told people at breaking point.

I'm so sorry for what you are experiencing; I've been there. I get it. 
Are you currently seeing a professional, or are you on any medication? Do you have any self-help books? Basically, besides the forum (which is a good one!) what are the tools that you currently are using to battle your OCD?
