Help required

This is what has petrified me.

I'm so scared it's positive and I didn't swab correctly and close the lid properly and it's leaked.

I didn't close the bag right and the fact I haven't heard and it was on Monday morning is making me feel worse and worse I don't know what to do.

It is only non conclusive if you did not swab the area for long enough. If it was positive and leaked you would still be told you were positive

You will probably hear today. My husband heard yesterday and his test was on Sunday and he was negative

I feel like it's now 5pm so it's another night. I'm in England and it was on Monday morning so there must be something wrong as it shouldn't take this long.

I just can't stand it anymore.

I'm so stupid for unscrewing the swab and not putting it back on correctly, I was just shaking so much and wasn't concentrating.

I just don't know how to go another night not knowing

The result had came through as negative. I'm so grateful but of course I know my head will tell me I didn't swab my nose enough etc so I need to start cbt treatment, do the work and try my best to process these thoughts more as just thoughts and not reality
