I’m doing better with my intrusive thoughts but I feel like I could be doing more? I still get triggered from time to time but something is holding me from letting this go

It’s good that you’re doing better. Of course you’ll get triggered, that’s pretty difficult to avoid but it matters in how you deal with it. I think you should let it go, tackle one thing at a time. Be proud of the progress you made because it’s not easy.
