Thursday morning support group

Hi Everyone,

I've signed up for next Thursday morning's support group and wondered whether anyone else had signed up for it? I've actually never used Zoom before and sort of hate seeing myself on 'Whatsapp' calls but thought I'd give it a go!

Hi Kayzil. This is the direct link to sign up to a zoom meeting.  https://www.ocduk.org/support-groups/zoom/

Meetings which are now open to registration are highlighted in blue. Clicking on that blue heading will take you through the process, generating an email with the zoom link in it for use on the day.

If the meeting you want to join isn't clickable yet, check back about a week before the date it's held.

I love joining the support groups, I find them so helpful. I highly recommend them as you can choose to stay quiet or speak up
