Guest ExpectoPatronum
Hi folks, I haven't been around for some time I know. It's just when one feels better one likes to forget having been worse, though I am not sure how helpful that really is! In any case, I have been a bit ish-y of late so I'm back to finding out new resources. Anything to keep the little imp where he should be! In any case, I was considering getting this book by Ian Osborn. But how relevant would it be to a Pure O, do you reckon? Link to comment
catherine
Welcome back to the forums :original: Sorry I haven't personal experience of this book......maybe some of the other avid readers will!! Catherine :original: Link to comment
Guest lilyelspeth
I have read it. It was not the best I have ever read, but it was decent enough. Personally, my favorite has been Over and Over Again by Fugen Neziroglu (Ph.D.), Jose A. Yaryura-Tobias (M.D.) Link to comment
Guest MajesticShannon
hi i've read that one too - it is pretty much dedicated to pure o. Its ok, but i was a little disappointed i must admit. Not read the one mentioned above though.. Link to comment

Guest ExpectoPatronum
Hmm, then I think I shall be getting it. Many thanks for your comments on the book! Link to comment
Guest honey
I've read it and found it helpful. But then I like reading anything about OCD - it helps me to feel OK about myself. honey Link to comment
