Why OCD always attacks what i would give my life for?

I am suffering since 19 my themes have changed as the time pased but whatever the theme is if you asked me before the theme attacked what i value most about myself that is what the theme attacked afterwards..its really sad

Welcome to the forum!

I agree it is really really sad. It's also not surprising right? We aren't going to care about things we don't care about. It's the clearest sign that it is OCD, and we can use this fact to ignore all the worries and doubts when they do pop up.

Have you looked into accessing any treatment for OCD?
