Hi all , 

What OCD self help books can the group recommend ? 
My OCD is based around intrusive thoughts and rumination  , seeking reassurance and confessing , , also fear of being contaminated and spreading illness to others. 
An audio book would be ideal.

Overcoming Unwanted Intrusive Thoughts by Martin N. Seif and Sally M. Winston has helped me more than anything else! I actually listen to it as an audio book too and I have found that even better! You can get it on audible ☺️

I’m listening to this too on audible. I’ve found it super helpful too ?. I listen to it in small chunks throughout the day when I’m doing other stuff and a lot of it resonates with me. Breaking Free from OCD is good too. I find audible better as I race through books and don’t always take it all in so this forces me to listen to it all
