Caramoole Posted May 18, 2022 Share Posted May 18, 2022 Think it's probably more of an obsessive worry. If you were at a Slimming World class you'd find weight losses like that very normal. I'm not overweight, 8.4 normally but got on the scales today to find I was 7.11 and haven't changed my diet. Am I Ill? No. Certain life circumstances have meant an increase in ordinary tasks & exercise. Your weight loss can only be good for your over all health. Keep up with the reduction in snacks and keep moving Link to comment
