taurean Posted September 7, 2022 Share Posted September 7, 2022 Everyone races around trying to find the best way to relax - and for me, that isn't going to be through some powerful film or TV programme. I use relaxation music, and as it plays I just rest all my muscles in turn, and let go of tension and stress. For calm imagery, use a guided meditation, with or without images. Without is good, because your brain has to paint those images in. Link to comment
