Guest Ray Anne
At the end of every day I have a killer headache and all the muscles in my body ache. I know this is because I spend my whole day with my muscles tensed, grinding my teeth and obsessing about my fears. I have been trying really hard to stop tensing up all the time but it is subconscious and i never realise i am doing it until it starts to hurt. I would go for a massage but that kind of situation sends my OCD through the roof and I would come out feeling 10 times as tense. My psychiatrist has given me a couple of relaxation techniques to try throughout the day but they haven't made much of a difference yet. She says I need to stick with it though. Do any of you have this problem. Any advise? or any relaxation techniques that have worked for you? Ray Link to comment

Guest Nik
I have this problem too, it's tough to unwind in the evenings and just drop all those thoughts which have been bothering you all day long! I was recommended these relaxation podcasts by my therapist, you may find them useful too. http://www.mentalhealth.org.uk/help-information/podcasts/ Link to comment
