  1. Ah, I've heard of that technique for dealing with intrusive thoughts before. I should try it more often.
  2. I’m working on an article and want to tackle common misconceptions about OCD. Which ones bother you the most? So far I’ve got that OCD is an adjective (i.e. “I’m so OCD!” ) and that the condition is limited to a love cleanliness and organisation? Any contributions?
