Hello, I'm new too this ocd situation and could really use your help! I don't really know where to start to be honest, but I've been getting these thoughts and they just won't go away. So I did some research and I found this site and I think it's given me an idea on whats really going on, but I'm still unsure on what too about it, or how to bring it up or where too go.. I'm just really confused and worried. Sorry probably none of that made sense
