first Cousellor session tomrorow

Hey

i have a couselling session tomrorow

and my thoughts are having a field day they keep on saying that its gonna go bad

i am a shy person when it comes to meeting new people so im worried

Welcome to the forums. Hope you find them helpful. Good luck with your appointment. I think it's very normal to be nervous before a first session. Your therapist should be expecting this and should make you feel comfortable. Remember they are trained to deal with all kinds of people and problems.
