  1. Hi, I'm new on here Sorry to hear you're feeling low, but being isolated is a negative cycle if you can get out I would do so, or if it's really not possible, at least chat to people when you're online rather than just having your own.......being around people lifts your mood, which in turn helps you to have a more positive attitude, but I understand it's hard.......there's days when I feel like wrapping myself up, but I can't, I have 2 kids who need me and a boyfriend who'd march me to the doctor's if I tried to hide in bed ha! I'm not really into books like "The Secret"......I think a positive attitude doesn't change the outside world, but it DOES change how YOU interact with it! For people with fears and worries I think the so-called laws of attraction can be damaging.......thinking they'll attract what they fear most will just send their anxiety levels soaring, which will just make them unhappy. Life isn't always wonderful either, I agree, but it IS always IMPORTANT..........dealing with problems makes us better able to cope next time and shows us our strengths, helping us to move on. And no matter how low you feel, sweetheart, you're definitely NOT alone! The best advice I can give you is to allow yourself to start enjoying life regardless of doubts or worries, and they'll soon be put into perspective. You don't need to feel like everything's fine, you'll just end up constantly questioning it and checking it. Ease up on yourself, chat to people who care, and have fun! An occasional drink is fine, but if you think you may have a tendency to drink too much or depend on it, please get help.....alcohol is also a depressant, so maybe see how you feel not drinking for a while? Feel free to message me, and hope you feel happier soon! Lots of love, Beth xxxxxxxx
