Study into childhood OCD progression

A new study examining OC symptoms in more than 7,000 participants aged 11 to 21 has been published. This is the first and largest study of its kind.

The study found that children and young adults with OC symptoms who admitted to having thoughts of harm to oneself or others (the type of harm is not described) were more likely to also experience other mental health problems, including depression and suicide.
