Does anyone suffer with this sub type of OCD?

Hi Sazza! At OCD-UK we tend not to think of OCD in terms of all the potential sub types - primarily because the underlying obsession compulsion cycle is the same, there is a potentially endless amount of subtypes and because lots of us (including myself) have struggled with multiple themes- either separately or at the same time.

That said, concerns about past events and getting stuck going over and over my memories trying to get certainty has definitely been part of my experience with OCD and it was really horrible!
