Richard W
Hello all, I'm new to this Forum and just keen to ask a question. Does anyone else with OCD sometimes have what they feel is a sort of eureka moment, where you are suddenly aware of OCD in a way you haven't been before, and you feel super confident in identifying it? (Often, I find this happens, and then I slip back..) thanks Richard Link to comment
Richard B.
Absolutely! I get that some times and then it’s as if you’ve never had the enlightening moment in the first place. Link to comment
OCD_Guy_UK
Yes, Eureka moments happen here too although sadly rarely Link to comment
gingerbreadgirl
Yes 100%, you get a moment of clarity but then doubt creeps in. You can never hold onto certainty - the key is instead to get comfortable with getting uncertain. Link to comment
