Having obsessions which I am unaware about. Is it really an obsession or not?

I am suffering with sexually themed obsessions. Sometimes I feel like I had an obsession but I cannot remember it just after I had the obsession. I feel anxious but have no clear idea about the obsession I had. Most of the times I could have a rough idea of my obsession but is not very clear unlike the normal obsessions. Sometimes I am completely unaware about what I had and cannot remember it. Most of them are followed by physical feelings. Because of this I get frequent panic attacks since I am forced to think this as abnormal and something horrible like I am liking the things I fear. Can I have "unaware obsessions" or is this an another symptom associated with OCD?

I am not totally sure I understand you.  Are you asking if you can have obsessions (OCD) without being aware that you were worried over something?
