I am a 35 year old mother with a rampant form of ocd which mainly includes constant intrusive thoughts, life is hard with this but I believe I'm turning a corner, something that massively helped me was a poster on another forum said....come on you had that thought 10,000 times, what use was it? I work, keep fit and sustain a normal relationship, I try and think the glass is half full now and count my blessings, when I'm fully recovered and cope well I would love to raise awareness to remove the stigma and I believe that no one should suffer in silence
