  2. i know what you are saying but its important that we both remember that our OCD wants us to feel like its real and wants us to react to it. I'm having a rough time but i hold on to the fact that my thoughts aren't real and won't ever be. hang in there and feel free to message me for a chat
  3. Kate I have a daughter too and she picks up on things as well I'm glad I found this post because I would love to know how others deal with these thoughts and having children as well
  4. Yes I have had this issue. It feels horrible I know. Please don't give up hope.
  5. I'm doing my best I'm glad I came here to look for info. Im currently trying o work through things sometimes it works other times it doesn't. It's hard accepting that these thoughts simply aren't true and that they are the complete opposite and having to sit through them until my head deems me "safe"
  6. Hello my name is kayleigh and I am an OCD sufferer. i was diagnosed with OCD nearly 4 years ago. 3 of those years I was fairly ok and now since lockdown it seems to have taken over. im here to try and find various ways to cope and deal with OCD. i welcome any pointers and tips.
