I cant cope, and Im on the edge.

I dont know what to do, I keep thinking how I could feel the pressure going through the head.

We're not going to say much more than we already have. Your chief problem is ruminating, a compulsion. You keep getting sucked into thinking about what happened, which makes things worse and worse. Get control of your ruminating and you'll start to feel better.
