Getting rejected absolutely sucks but it is NOT a reflection on you, it's just how things are especially with courses that are popular. I once applied for a load of stuff like that and got rejected so many times. I even got rejected for something that the guy who ran it told me to apply for! It is hard not to take things personally but it really isn't personal it's just the luck of the draw. Interviews depend on so many things such as the personality of the interviewer, how the other candidates do, and there'll be a tick box list of requirements which will be quite random and arbitrary and nothing to do with you being good enough. You can do this! - you just have to dust yourself off and keep trying x

I'm so sorry to hear this lost
life can throw so many things it can be hard to keep going. But just remember all the amazing things you've achieved. You've beaten so many things and you can beat this too. You are NOT useless -far from it!!! You are such an inspiration to so many people on this forum with your determination and positivity. You can do this, and we're all here if you need someone to talk to

Hope everyone is ok, I’m not very active at the moment very very busy what with Christmas soon upon us with lots to do and also applying for training courses etc. But thinking of you all and hopefully popping in from time to time.

My wife is very ill with a bug tonight, and I am helping her but also not getting too close - seems a pretty nasty flu come sickness virus.

Feeling rather poorly today and not doing much at all, yesterday I didn't feel to great with bad pains in my upper back so today I thought it was time for a gp visit because of my reoccurring colds. Got a bad chest infection so probably explains why I've felt rather groggy over the last few days, just hoping the antibiotics kick in quick

Going to our local town big switch on today, it sounds as though it will be a great event, music, dancing and soprano singer etc. This will test me being in such a huge crowd but looking forward to it

After months and months of doing CBT til I'm blue in the face, I feel like I am beginning to get a genuinely good handle on my OCD and there is light at the end of the tunnel. Will never take this for granted again!
