Pranjali
I think I looked up for child porn websites. I feel like a pedophile. This cannot be OCD. This is wrong. This can only be pedophilia. Link to comment
Pranjali
Should I go to the police and tell them to get me arrested? Link to comment
Pranjali
I tried looking for incognito activity history tracker but the process is too complicated. I don't deserve to live. Link to comment
Gemma7
Why did you look them up Pranjali? Was it to do some sort of checking compulsion? Link to comment

Pranjali
I wait for replies from @dksea @PolarBear @gingerbreadgirl and others. Should I tell the police? Edited March 15, 2020 by Pranjali Link to comment
gingerbreadgirl
I haven't replied as you are asking for reassurance and to give it to you would be colluding with ocd. For advice on how to deal with your ocd it might be worth re-reading your previous threads on the subject? As we have covered similar ground many many times. Link to comment
Pranjali
But this time it is different right? Isn't watching child porn illegal and wrong? Link to comment

Pranjali
If I say yes, you will ask for evidence like last time and I have none. Link to comment

dksea
Sorry you are struggling right now, I know this is scary and unpleasant. A few things to keep in mind. Try to remember that before this current intrusive thought, your previous intrusive thought felt like it couldn't be any worse. It seemed like the end of the world to you. Now a new thought has come in and it seems like the worst. This is typical in OCD, our current fear seems like the worst. 13 hours ago, Pranjali said: If I say yes, you will ask for evidence like last time and I have none. the situations you face in the future to see if they are similar.Again, I know this is hard, however keep in mind that you know you have OCD and you know your OCD is particularly focused on things you think you might have done (i.e. false memories). You know this is the problem so its important you consider that when dealing with new intrusive thoughts. Ask yourself: might this be OCD? Do tend to have particular problems with this kind of situation? If the answer to those is yes, it means you should probably continue treating the situation as OCD. Link to comment
