I've been avoiding the chair as much as possible today, my back is really hurting today  but hey only another 4 days to go 

Its good you've managed to get out for a few hours a change of scenery does us the world of good at times 

Yes a quiet one for me too, big exposure tomorrow though a trip to the city tomorrow with my daughter and it will probably be busy with it being a bank holiday, got to catch a bus and train both ways. But hey good exposure 

I am thinking of you both. You can do this lost, and she will be right with you. You aren't avoiding things, that is brilliant
