      Absolutely agree Roy :yes: I’m so glad I plucked up the courage to share my issues at the moment, the reply’s have been phenomenal and are helping me immensely. Never feel embarrassed or ashamed to share your obsessions, they are not a reflection of you as a person, they are part of a terrible disorder.
